Jobs Description :

Leading the teams to conduct Industrial Engineering & Manufacturing functions
Provide manufacturing support by resolving problems coming from the production process
Develop and maintain the production line tooling, fixtures, & machines
Monitoring machine and equipment performance, and take appropriate action to correct or improve.
Formulate and implement process optimization strategies, defining SOP & WI
Identify and plan for the implementation of the automation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives
Support the implementation of new technologies and automation initiatives to enhance productivity and quality
Provide technical expertise and training to production and maintenance teams to build their capabilities in industrial engineering methodologies

Requirements :

Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a related technical discipline
10 Years relevant experience in manufacturing sector, with minimum 3 years in managerial position
Familiarity with manufacturing operations in China and/or Vietnam is highly desirable
Experience in toys industry is highly preferred
Strong leadership with excellent analytical skills and result oriented
Good communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
Work base in China, frequent travel to Vietnam is required
