Jobs Description :

Lead and manage QA, QC, & testing Lab., providing guidance, training, and performance management
Establish the quality management system, ensuring consistency in quality standards across factories in China and Vietnam
Supply Chain Quality Collaboration - Lead supplier & subcontractor quality audits, and regularly disqualify underperformer
Identify and analyze quality issues, implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and track their effectiveness
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, production, and supply chain, to ensure quality is integrated throughout the product lifecycle
Stay up-to-date on relevant international regulations, industry standards, and emerging technologies related to toys safety requirements
Optimize lab resources allocation to avoid redundant testing and shorten inspection cycles
Team Capability Development - Develop local quality talent in Vietnam to reduce reliance on expatriates and achieve team localization

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline
Minimum 10 Years solid experience in manufacturing environment, with minimum 5 years in a managerial position
Familiar with toys safety standard
Strong leadership with excellent analytical skills and result oriented;
Good communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
Work base in Yunfu, China, frequent travel to Vietnam is required
