Provide on-site support for the Ticketing terminal, Ticketing Kiosk, retail shop POS, and F&B shop POS, including the device health check, diagnosis, and execution recovery procedures
Investigate system issues or incidents, mitigate the issue, and document the root cause and solution
Prepare, set up and support hardware & software/applications for pop-up ticketing / POS counter
Coordinate change request and implement change request
F.5 or above
At least 1 year' experience in system support
Experience in supporting ticketing terminals, kiosks, or POS systems is an advantage
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in Cantonese and English, Putonghua is an advantage
