Responsibilities:

• Process new loan applications, verifying documentation and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Administer the onboarding process for Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) accounts, making sure all essential documentation is collected and checked.
• Assist in Loan new product development and existing products & services enhancement to improve customer experience and maintain competitiveness
• Liaise with internal departments and external counterparties and global custodian
• Maintain and improve internal control procedures
• To guide the credit administrative team perform their duties accurately
• Diligently and to keep on enhancing their standard
• Update regular reports, TU reports, MCRA reports, proposals and presentations
• Site Inspection when required
• Provide support to other teams when needed.

Requirements:

• • Higher diploma or above
  • 1-3 years of relevant banking experience in Loan / Credit approval
  • Strong communication and and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in written English and Chinese
  • Candidate with less experience can be considered for lower positions.
