Responsibilities:

• • • • • • Responsible for managing project execution and to ensure the project achieves the time and quality standard
          • Work with the engineering team to prepare the project budget and cost plans
          • Manage performance of all consultancies, contractors, and other external vendors
          • Conduct feasibilities studies, technical due diligence studies for A&A, fitting out projects

Requirements:

• • • • • • Possess recognized qualifications of Member of HKIS or equivalent would be an advantage
          • Minimum 7 years working experience with property developers or consultancy firms
          • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
          • Fluent in spoken and written English
          • Good PC skills with hand-on experience in AutoCAD, MS Words, Excel etc
