Job Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible for supervising the daily operation of hotline team to provide quality and timely services to customers, either internal and external from different distribution channel. The incumbent is also expected to assist in various initiatives in alignment with Company’s strategic development for excellent customer experience and operational efficiency.
