Assistant Training Manager (Ref: T&D – ATM)

Responsibilities:
  • To coordinate training programmes and perform budget management and evaluation report;
  • To assist in identifying and assessing training and development needs;
  • To provide executive and administrative support including but not limited to managing calendar, training logistics, event and travel arrangements etc.;
  • To formulate and monitor annual plan, budget and timelines, and to prepare related reports;
  • To liaise with external training institutes, consultants or vendors; and
  • To execute training policy of the Association and the Institute.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor or above preferably in Social Science, Mental Health, Psychology or related disciplines;
  • 5 years of relevant experience;
  • Work experiences in Accreditation of CPD and Qualification Framework is desired;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel;
  • Detail-minded with good project management; and
  • Self-motivated, be able to work under pressure and independently.
