Responsibilities:

To coordinate training programmes and perform budget management and evaluation report;
To assist in identifying and assessing training and development needs;
To provide executive and administrative support including but not limited to managing calendar, training logistics, event and travel arrangements etc.;
To formulate and monitor annual plan, budget and timelines, and to prepare related reports;
To liaise with external training institutes, consultants or vendors; and
To execute training policy of the Association and the Institute.

Requirements:

Bachelor or above preferably in Social Science, Mental Health, Psychology or related disciplines;
5 years of relevant experience;
Work experiences in Accreditation of CPD and Qualification Framework is desired;
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
Proficient in MS Word and Excel;
Detail-minded with good project management; and
Self-motivated, be able to work under pressure and independently.
