HKJC Stop-gap Measures for Timely Intervention and Crisis Management Project (Kwun Tong)
 
Responsibilities:
  • To oversee the project implementation according to the project objectives, agreed project schedule and outcome and monitor the budget expenditure as stated in the proposal;
  • To supervise frontline staff for monitoring overall service progress and providing timely clinical support or crisis management advices;
  • To prepare the progress report for monitoring the work progress and timely report as required;
  • To provide support, supervision such as mindfulness practice and other related wellness strategics, and consultation to the social worker and the Mental Health Education Officer;
  • To provide mindfulness practices and conduct wellness workshops in secondary and primary schools;  
  • To liaise with project stakeholders as well as community partners for various collaboration; and
  • To coordinate the project development as well as the evaluation of the whole project.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree or above in Social Work;
  • At least 5-year or above social service experience with at least 2-vear Mental Health Service experience is preferable;
  • Has management and supervision experience in social work field;
  • Ability to build up service network with stakeholders or collaborators; and
  • Able to administer project including finance, administration, and staff management.
