Responsible for sourcing, sales and inventory management of sole agent brands for the company
Analyze market segments trends and consumer insights to accelerate launch of trendy products and product gap
To liaise with Marketing Department about developing an attractive and interesting promotional events
To work closely with retail and sales management to ensure that store layouts, promotions and display techniques are effective in maximizing sales and profit from the specific merchandise categories.
To negotiate and work with vendors to build mutually beneficial relationships to ensure long term strategic partnership
Maintain effective communication both internal and external parties
Bachelor degree in marketing/ merchandising, retail management or related disciplines
At least 5 year of experience in category/ Brand management
Familiar with skin care, beauty, cosmetic
Experience in Parallel import products is must
Strategic, good business acumen and communication skills
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Putonghua
Energetic/ Presentable/Good Marketing Sense
