• Plan for and provide clinical preceptorship to newly joined nurses in clinical units
• Supervise, assess and evaluate clinical performance of nursing staff
• Engage in clinical teaching to maintain professional competency and knowledge
• Communicate and report learning progress or problem of nurses to related department heads
• Undertake duties and functions on education and training matters as assigned
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors

• Bachelor degree holder in Nursing
• Holder of a Certificate of Registered Nurse Registration and a valid Practising Certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong
• Minimum 8 years nursing experience
• Relevant post-registration clinical nursing qualification and/or management training is preferable
