Ensuring high-quality customer service and support for the company
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through various channels, including phone, email etc
Maintain accurate customer records and update customer information in the database.

Requirements
Bachelor degree or above, with at least 3-5 year’s relevant experience in service industry
A good team player, pleasant and strong sense of responsibility
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, English & Chinese Word Processing
Good command of both written and spoken skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
