Responsibility

• Provide advice and support on networking and security solutions.

• Perform network & security devices installation, configuration and troubleshooting.

• Administration of routers, switches, firewalls and Wi-Fi network.

• Provide coordination, installation, support service and end user training.

Requirement

• Higher Diploma in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ related discipline.

• 1-2 year hands-on experience in system administration and networking infrastructure support/ administration and configuration in the WAN/LAN, firewall, Wi-Fi network environment.

• Self-motivated, result oriented, good interpersonal skills.

• Good customer services skills and able to work under pressure and independently.

• Holder of professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP would be an advantage.

• Candidate with less experience will also be considered as Assistant Network Engineer.
