Responsibilities: 
  • utilizes the CRM system to meticulously manage guest profiles, preferences, and interactions, ensuring personalized service and fostering long-term client relationships.

  • leverage the CRM to track client purchasing histories and tailor exclusive offerings to enhance customer loyalty and drive sales

  • Act as an ambassador of the brand, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Provide top-tier customer service, assisting clients with both pre- and post-sales inquiries.
  • Facilitate sales through understanding client needs and delivering tailored experiences.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth boutique operations and exceptional client satisfaction.
Requirements:     
  • 3-5 years of experience in Luxury hospitality guest relations or sales.
  • Proven track record in Client Development or sales.
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
