Job responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management for building services within high-end residential and commerical developments in Hong Kong
• Prepare, review, and manage contract documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with project goals
• Oversee on-site execution, ensuring smooth coordination of construction activities and adherence to project timelines
• Monitor project progress to ensure delivery on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Supervise and guide project teams, providing leadership, direction, and performance monitoring to ensure effective execution
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain project momentum
• Ensure all works comply with statutory requirements, safety regulations, and expectations

• A recognized professional degree in building services engineering, electrical engineering, mechancial engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 12 years’ experience in a related field with a proven track record in managing the luxury residential and commerical projects
• Excellent communication and project coordination skills
• Motivated, confident and a good team player
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
