Oversee daily settlement and operational support in areas including FX/MM, Repo, NDF, OTC Options, ARR IRS, and ARR Bonds.
Collaborate with counterparties and the Front Office to address trade booking discrepancies, confirmation mismatches, and settlement issues related to Treasury transactions.
Handle collateral management tasks, including collateral transfers, interest calculations, and settlement arrangements with CSA counterparties (Variation Margin & Initial Margin).
Participate in system enhancement projects, managing and resolving issues throughout all stages from initiation to implementation.
Create documentation for operating procedures and guidelines.
Optimize workflows to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Requirments:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in a settlement department.
Strong background in operations and settlements for FX/MM, Repo, OTC Options, ARR IRS, and ARR Bonds.
Familiarity with settlement systems such as SWIFT, eMBT/eCMT, CMU, and Euclid.
Highly committed, driven, eager to learn, and able to meet tight deadlines.
Proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Putonghua.
Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Assistant Settlement Manager position.
