Our client is a prestigious international professional services firm with a strong commitment to excellence, diversity, and a collaborative work environment. They are looking for a detail-oriented and professional Front Office Coordinator / Administrative Support to join their Hong Kong office.
Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk & Reception Duties:
*
Warmly greet and assist visitors in a polished and professional manner.
*
Manage incoming calls, mail, couriers, and internal correspondence.
*
Oversee conference room bookings and ensure seamless meeting transitions.
*
Liaise with external vendors for office services (e.g., printing, binding, transportation).
*
Provide event support, including pre-event coordination and on-site assistance when needed.
*
Office Operations Support:
*
Assist in maintaining office facilities and ensuring smooth daily operations.
*
Help coordinate logistics for visiting colleagues, including travel arrangements, dining reservations, and office access.
*
Support HR and other teams with administrative tasks, including document updates and system maintenance.
*
Handle ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
*
Minimum 3- 5 years of client-facing or office support experience, preferably in a corporate or professional services environment.
*
Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin fluency is a plus).
*
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
*
Full-time onsite availability with occasional overtime as needed.
