Responsibilities
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key B2B accounts with hotels and restaurant chains
Develop strategies and plans to increase the presence of hydroponic vegetables within key B2B accounts
Negotiate pricing, promotions, and terms with B2B accounts to ensure product profitability while remaining competitive in the market
Possess a comprehensive understanding of hydroponic vegetables, including their quality, freshness, nutritional benefits, and unique selling points
Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as production and logistics, to ensure an adequate and timely supply of hydroponic vegetables to meet client demand
Provide exceptional customer service to key B2B accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Stay updated on market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities in the hydroponic vegetables industry
Perform other tasks as and when needed from time to time
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
3 – 5 years’ experience in key account management, sales, or business development is required. Experience working with B2B customers or working within in the agriculture, horticulture, food or FMCG industry will be an advantage
Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of successfully managing key accounts, achieving sales targets, and driving revenue growth
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Less Experience will be considered as Senior Key Account Executive
