Training and Development Department (Sham Shui Po)

Job Duties:

To assist in the coordination of training courses, including internal and external training programmes;
To support the administration and operation of the department;
To conduct marketing research and identify training initiatives;
To support the operation of e-learning platform;
To assist in preparation of training and promotion materials; and
To assist in creating promotion plan and strategies for training service of the Association.

Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above Social Sciences, Psychology, Mental Health or related disciplines;
Detail-minded, independent, organized and strong sense of responsibility;
Good command of both English and Chinese;
Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint, designing or editing skills is desired; and
Work experience in training unit or institute is a plus.
