Job Duties:
  • To assist in the coordination of training courses, including internal and external training programmes;
  • To support the administration and operation of the department;
  • To conduct marketing research and identify training initiatives;
  • To support the operation of e-learning platform;
  • To assist in preparation of training and promotion materials; and
  • To assist in creating promotion plan and strategies for training service of the Association.
Requirements:
  • Higher Diploma or above Social Sciences, Psychology, Mental Health or related disciplines;
  • Detail-minded, independent, organized and strong sense of responsibility;
  • Good command of both English and Chinese;
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint, designing or editing skills is desired; and
  • Work experience in training unit or institute is a plus.
