Parents/ Relatives Resource Centre (New Territories East)
 
Responsibilities:
  • To be responsible for clerical, accounting, asset management and administrative support duties for the smooth implementation of the centre for Carers of Persons in Mental Recovery;
  • To provide centre reception duties; 
  • To prepare correspondence, minutes, records and related documents;
  • To assist in preparing financial and statistical reports with data input and management;
  • To assist in the management and update of community resource materials;
  • To assist in the promotion and publicity work of the centre;
  • To provide basic bookkeeping of units’ accounts; and
  • To perform administrative and other necessary duties when assigned.
Requirements:
  • Form 5 or above;
  • Preferably with clerical experiences in social service setting;
  • Proficient in MS office applications;
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
