Job Duties:
Welcome customers in the high-end reception area and arrange check-in and check-out procedures
Answer calls and provide professional and caring customer service
Assist in arranging customer appointments and follow-up
Work in the reception and call center teams to gain comprehensive work experience
Provide personalized, top-level service experience and create an excellent customer impression
Job Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service (retail, hospitality)
Fluent in English and Mandarin; polished communication and presentation
Energetic, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
