Responsibilities
- Assist in managing public housing estate and car park
- Make sure the buildings’ facilities and equipment are in good condition
- Address customers’ complaints and inquiries, offering effective solutions
- Supervise performance of all service contractors including cleaning, security, repair & maintenance
- Prepare letters, memo and monthly reports
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned include working at other locations and car parks
Requirements:
- Hold a degree or diploma in Property Management or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 3 years in Property Management with a strong understanding of the Building Management Ordinance
- Possess a PMP license
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure
