• To assist in preparing and issuing the announcements and notices of GCIS PaaS to B/Ds

• To provide technical advice and support to the project teams from Government B/Ds on adoption of PaaS of Government private cloud services

• To provide client communications and advisory support for the e-Services hosted on GCIS PaaS platform as well as the associated interfaces with other GCIS platforms (IaaS, CaaS) and services (e.g. Faster Payment System (FPS), credit card payment, notification services, messaging services, etc)

• To coordinate with contractors to process the service requests raised from the project teams

• To perform acceptance testing and validate the project documents and contractor's deliverables

• To carry out other project related duties as designated by the supervisors

• Higher Diploma in Computer Science or related subjects

• At least 4 years experience in server virtualisation environment by using VMware vSphere, Windows Server and RedHat Linux.

• Solid experience in system implementation and maintenance support

• Solid experience in providing client support and advisory service.

• Solid experience and knowledge in programming, particularly for e-Payment integration.

• Strong sense of analytical and problem solving skills

• Be a team-player with good communication and interpersonal skills
