Responsibilities:

• • • • • • Proactively monitor, maintain and configure IT infrastructure environment to cultivate a high availablility (HA) IT infrastructure service
          • Serve as the IT infrastructure SME (subject-matter-expert) to prepare technical designs, implementation plans and related documentation to faciliate the implementation of IT infrastructure proejcts
          • Serve as project owner to coordinate with internal and external parties to implement IT infrastructure projects
          • Communicate with internal clients (e.g. application team) to understand their needs and specifications, in order to build IT infrastructure services that are tailored to their requirements 

Requirements:

• • • • • • Bachelor's degree or above in IT, Computer Science or related disciplines
          • Hodler of infrastructure certifications preferred, e.g. CCNA/ CCNP, HCIE, H3CNA, VMware, Cloud
          • With 5+ years work hands-on experience in system and network infrastructure within enterprise environment 
          • Strong technical proficiency in system and network infrastructure, such as virtualization clustering, server, SAN Storage, routing/ switching, SDWAN, firewall, etc.
          • Good interpersonal and business stakeholder management skills
          • Good command of language skills in English and Chinese
