Job Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and execution of projects from initiation to closure.
Maintain and update project documentation, including schedules, reports, and plans.
Coordinate communication between project stakeholders and team members.
Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to management.
Organize project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minutes taking.
Manage project budgets and track expenses.
Identify and address any project-related issues or risks.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in [related field, e.g., Business Administration, Project Management].
Proven experience as a Project Administrator or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello) and MS Office Suite.
Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
