Responsibilities:
Leadership & People Management:
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of application developers, analysts, and engineers.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement.
- Conduct performance reviews, set objectives, and support career growth.
- Oversee resource allocation, workload balancing, and project staffing.
Application Development & Management:
- Provide technical leadership and governance for Dynamics AX (D365 Finance & Operations a plus), .NET applications, and database systems (MySQL & MSSQL).
- Drive the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of critical business applications=
Data & Analytics:
- Oversee the development and maintenance of Power BI reports and dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Utilize Power Automate to streamline business processes and automate workflows.
Infrastructure Oversight:
- Provide occasional oversight and technical guidance to the Infrastructure team.
- Collaborate on the management, performance, and security of Windows Server environments.
- Assist in planning infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and disaster recovery efforts.
- Ensure alignment between application needs and infrastructure capabilities.
Requirements:
- Current Manager-Level Experience: Minimum 5+ years in a people management role (Manager or equivalent) leading technical teams.
- Technical Expertise: Proven hands-on experience with:
Microsoft Dynamics AX (essential)..
NET framework (C#, ASP.NET).
Relational databases (MySQL and/or MSSQL).
Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI & Power Automate).
Infrastructure Knowledge: Working knowledge of Windows Server environments (AD, virtualization, security). Experience overseeing infrastructure teams is a strong plus.
