• Assist the team by providing sales administration and operational support to the business
• Keep track and follow up sales order processing
• Prepare sales reports, summaries and monthly reports
• Liaise with external and internal parties to ensure the smooth execution of business activities in a timely manner
• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned

• Degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline
• Relevant experience in the ICT/ Telecom industry is preferred
• Responsible, detail-minded and well-organized
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent command of written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediate availability will be an advantage
