Job Requirements:-
Report to Manager, Assistant Manager and Officer (Standards);
Maintain proper records of Quality Assurance activities;
Prepare materials and equipment for Quality Assurance activities;
Assist in carrying out Quality Assurance activities as required;
Maintain staff training records;
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence;
Maintain registers of Compliments, Complaints and Enquiries;
Provide administrative support to the Division; and
Perform other duties as may be delegated from time to time by superior.
Form 5 education level or above (preferred);
Preferably has 1 year relevant experience in office administration;
Good typing skills (Chinese word processing is a must)
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications and with basic knowledge of information technology;
Good team spirit and ability to work with others and under pressure;
Good personality and communication skills; and
Reasonably good commend of Chinese and English.
