Responsibilities

• Understanding of AI trends and regulatory environment in the Hong Kong market

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI projects, including machine learning models, data pipelines, and AI solutions

• Collaborate with Microsoft’s designated partner to integrate tools from the Microsoft ecosystem such as Azure AI and Copilot

• Analyze business needs and apply AI technologies to real-world scenarios, such as operational optimization and customer experience enhancement

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals

• Oversee project progress, quality, and compliance, adhering to Microsoft’s Responsible AI principles

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s or PhD preferred)

• Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure AI Engineer Associate, Azure Fundamentals and Azure data Fundamentals) are a plus

• Industry-specific AI experience in sectors such as finance, manufacturing, or retail

• Minimum 3 years of experience in AI or machine learning, with hands-on expertise in model training, deployment, and optimization

• Participation in Microsoft AI Summit, AI Business School, or related training programs

• Proficient in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry and Azure Machine Learning platforms

• Strong programming skills in Python, R, and experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch

• Experience in data cleaning, modeling, and visualization, especially in business contexts

• Proven track record in leading AI projects and collaborating with external tech partners

• Familiarity with Agile development and project management methodologies
