Responsibilities
Manage export and import shipment operation and liaise with customers, customs, and other parties to ensure timely clearance and delivery
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests related to shipments in a professional and responsive manner
Maintain accurate records and database of shipment information
Contribute to the continuous improvement of operation processes and customer service
Perform any special duties or projects as assigned by the management
Requirements
1-2 years of relevant experience in Sea Freight Forwarding field for USA Lane
Knowledge of import/export documents and operations
Able to handle Inbound / Outbound full set of documents
Fluent in written and spoken in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Responsible, Detail-mind, Self-motivated, Willing to Learn and Work Overtime
Immediate available will be an advantage
