Job Responsibilities
Formulate the overall marketing strategy, initiate marketing programs, and implement marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
Collaborate with the Sales Division to brainstorm and develop effective marketing strategies.
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including websites, online stores, and social media channels.
Lead and drive the team to deliver effective CRM programs, digital media initiatives, brand marketing, and promotional campaigns.
Manage the marketing budget and perform comprehensive campaign analyses to assess performance and ROI.
Initiate and conduct relevant marketing studies to identify trends and highlight revenue opportunities.
Manage and lead the customer service function to enhance the shopping experience and strive for service excellence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, vendors, and media representatives to maximize business opportunities.
Lead ad hoc projects as assigned and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
Develop and oversee brand positioning and messaging to ensure consistency across all channels.
Organize and participate in promotional events and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
Analyze customer feedback and data to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, or other related disciplines.
Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in Retail Marketing; experience in shopping malls is highly preferred.
Solid knowledge of marketing management and strong leadership experience.
Exceptional organizational and leadership skills, with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Able to work independently and a proactive, energetic team player with self-motivation, creativity, and a positive attitude.
Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage.
