Understand the banking industry's business processes, regulations, and strategic goals.

Possess strong technical knowledge, particularly in the areas of API development, integration, and management.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications

Collaborate with developers to design and develop technical solutions that meet business needs

Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, use cases, and technical specifications to ensure business initiative and industrial mandates are properly translated and captured

Oversee UAT, life verification and post-implementation monitoring to ensure technical changes are delivered with satisfactory results

Assist production support for regular technology upgrade activities and change request management

Assist with application troubleshooting and debugging

Participate in project planning and management.

Experience with Agile methodologies.

Work with highly IT teams and external vendors and to build quality solutions

University degree - in the field of computer science, information systems, or software engineering, with related work experience is with significate advantage

1-3 years of full-time experience in business analysis

Solid Technical Proficiency

Knowledge in JAVA, JavaScript, Python, Angular, SQL and Sprint Boot across banking / financial sectors would be a plus

Experienced in functional and technical specifications documentation, systems design, conduct system test, support user acceptance test is a plus

Proficiency in Cantonese and English
