Key Responsibilities: |
The appointee will be responsible for the following main duties:

Entry Requirements: | |
1. | (a) Ordinary Certificate in Building Studies from the Hong Kong Polytechnic /Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Hong Kong Technical College / Hong Kong Technical Institute / Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, or equivalent; OR |
(b) Completed a recognized Technician Apprenticeship in a building discipline; | |
2. | At least 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience; |
3. | A knowledge of English and Chinese equivalent to Form 3 (before 2012) / Secondary 3 standard; |
4. | Obtained valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card). |
Preferable Attributes / Exposure: | |
1. | Knowledge of other common office automation (e.g. e-mail, Internet / Intranet, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, AutoCAD and other MS Office applications, etc.) |
2. | Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. |
3. | Responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently under minimal supervision. |
4. | Outgoing and able to work under pressure and stressful situation, including crises. |
5. | Formal training in occupational safety and health. |
