Relationship Manager Responsibilities:

Champion the one-stop personal banking services at branches
Explore and develop long-term banking relationships with customers
Identify existing and prospective customers' needs of financial services, including both products & services
Appropriately map and provide relevant and suitable financial products & services to meet existing and prospective customers' needs, including but not limited to bank account opening, mortgage, credit card, personal loan, insurance and other banking products & services

Requirements:

Degree holder preferably in business related discipline or equivalent
Minimum 1- 2 years' working experience in banking/ insurance industry
Passes in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations (IIQE1,2,3) and Hong Kong Securities & Investment Institute Licensing Examinations (HKSI 1,7,8)
Proficient in both English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Less licenced will be consider Assistant Relationship Manager
