Main Responsibilities:
Professionally welcome and seat members and guests to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Handle reservation management, phone inquiries, and daily booking confirmations using the table management system.
Assist in preparing and maintaining menu cleanliness, as well as handling related photocopying tasks.
Support the restaurant manager in managing member records and completing other administrative duties.
Maintain a professional appearance and provide high-quality customer service with a smile at all times.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in F&B, clubhouse, or hotel industries.
Skills: Good communication skills in both Chinese and English; familiarity with reservation systems is a plus.
Personal Traits: Professional, detail-oriented, and customer service-oriented.
