Qualification/ requirements: 

• At least 1-2 years experience in building/ contractor company is preferred. Less experience will be considered as Assistant Account and Admin. Clerk  

• Graduate of post secondary school and holder of HKCEE or equivalent with at 5 passes  

• Holder of LCCI bookkeeping at intermediate level or above  

• Mature, interpendent, fast learner; Accurate in figure; 

• Computer Literacy, especially excel and outlook; and 

• Immediate availability preferred 

Scope of Major Duties: 

• Responsible for accounting duties, including full set of accounts, payable and receivable;

• Support admin duties, documents preparation and some data input; 

• Handle incoming calls; 

• Outdoor activities are required, e.g. bank, post office, or client’s office 

• Support ad. Hoc duties as and when required;

• Help Site Supervisor to prepare some documents to submit to the site 

• Assist to prepare quotations
