Responsibilities

• Explore new manufacturing vendors and evaluate the production capacity

• Project management in sourcing, price negotiation, production, logistic

• Monitor supplier to ensure product made with required specification, quality standard and compliance

• Following order & contact directly to overseas customers and local buyers

 
Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• 5 years above merchandising experience or related

• Solid sourcing and merchandising experiences in toys, arts & crafts products are preferred

• Capable to deal with overseas buyer/factory independently

• Able to work independently in full merchandising area (from product development, mass production, quality control, to shipment completion and testing and factory audit)

• Managerial capability to lead and supervise merchandisers and QC is preferable

• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin is essential

• Strong business sense and organizing power, excellent negotiation skill, well interpersonal & communication skills   

• Mature, energetic, detail-oriented and crucial in good team spirit
