• Handle key Japanese customers' enquiry, provide quotations and research regulations

• In charge of business negotiations and related correspondences

• Plan and lead the projects to enhance and improve business flow efficiency

• Acted as a middle-man between Japanese clients / headquarter / local teams

• Leading meetings with other branches

• Japanese or Hong Kong people with Japanese proficiency N1 or business level is welcome

• 5 years or above logistics operations experience

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

• Familiar in both import and export shipping operations

• Strong problem solving skills

• Proficiency in PC & MS office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook...etc)

• Detail-minded, self-motivated, independent with good interpersonal and communication skills
