Collaborate with suppliers, factories, and internal teams to ensure smooth product development and production.Develop market-driven products and manage sample development and approval.
Oversee supply chain, cost control, and production schedules to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers, handling quotations, negotiations, and after-sales issues.
Ensure all products meet international quality and safety standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in merchandising or supply chain management, preferably in toys or consumer goods.
Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills; familiar with supply chain processes and ERP systems.
Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
Detail-oriented with problem-solving and teamwork capabilities.
