Responsible for all compensation & benefits policies, processes and initiatives, including but not limited to monthly payroll calculation, final payment, EC handling, MPF issues & taxation return
Partner with People and IT teams to gather and document HRMS requirements.
Review and align current HR processes with system capabilities.
Support data migration through analysis and validation to ensure accuracy.
Planning and performing upgrades for database systems and the Student Administration System
Deliver training and create user documentation for HRIS users.
Handle other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field.
Around 5 years of experience in HR related fields.
Hands-on experience with platforms like SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM.
Strong skills in data analysis, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
Good command of in both written and spoken English and Chinese
