Job description

Job Duties:

Handle full HR functions: recruitment, payroll, C&B, performance management
Manage end-to-end recruitment for HK & China staff
Assist in coordinating workforce support initiatives in collaboration with government and internal teams
Prepare HR reports and assist in employee engagement activities
Participate in ad-hoc HR projects

Job Requirements:

Diploma or above in HR or related discipline
At least 2 years’ HR experience, preferably in retail or sizable companies
Familiar with HK Employment Ordinance and HRIS systems
Strong Excel and Chinese word processing skills
Good communication in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Immediate availability is highly preferred
