Qualification/ requirements:
- At least 1-2 years experience in building/ contractor company is preferred. Less experience will be considered as Assistant Account and Admin. Clerk
- Graduate of post secondary school and holder of HKCEE or equivalent with at 5 passes
- Holder of LCCI bookkeeping at intermediate level or above
- Mature, interpendent, fast learner; Accurate in figure;
- Computer Literacy, especially excel and outlook; and
- Immediate availability preferred
Scope of Major Duties:
- Responsible for accounting duties, including full set of accounts, payable and receivable;
- Support admin duties, documents preparation and some data input;
- Handle incoming calls;
- Outdoor activities are required, e.g. bank, post office, or client’s office
- Support ad. Hoc duties as and when required;
- Help Site Supervisor to prepare some documents to submit to the site
- Assist to prepare quotations
