職責
  • 處理,預備及製作中式食物
  • 負責爐頭及砧板工作
  • 協助大廚設計菜式及協助其他廚務
  • 有效控制及使用食材,維持廚房正常運作
  • 確保個人及廚房衛生情況達到指定要支求
要求
  • 需輪班工作
  • 需輪休
  • 有酒店經驗(優先考慮)
We are looking forward an experienced Chinese Sous Chef to work in our Hotel :
Job Respensibilites:
  • Handle, prepare and cook Chinese food
  • Responsible for stove and chopping board work
  • Assist the chef in designing dishes and assisting with other kitchen tasks
  • Handle the raw food and support the normal operation of the kitchen 
  • Maintain high standards of food quanlity and personal hygiene in the kitchen 

Job Requirement

  • Willing to work on shift duty 
  • Have hotel experience (preferred)
