Responsible for Q.S. duties including payment application, certify payment, valuation of variation, cost control & reporting, final account settlement, cost estimation, subletting and tendering
Diploma or Degree holder in Quantity Surveying or equivalent; preferably with fitting out contractor experience
Good in both spoken and written English and Chinese
Good Computer Skills in MS Word and MS Excel
Less experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor
