Job Description:
Responsible for creating the Building Information Models & providing necessary onsite support and advisory services to the operation team;
Collaborate and coordinate design issues with various departments and parties;
Liaise with contractors to produce CSD, CBWD and related BIM drawings;
Reporting to management team regarding BIM coordination progress, drawing production progress and BIM generated data;
Ensure accuracy of construction documents;
Create Building Information Models in accordance with the BIM requirement for Tender submission;
Communicate and co-ordinate with different stakeholders including consultants, architects and internal operation team in the smooth execution and delivery of projects with architectural designs and the usage of BIM models;
Implement BIM standards and processes.
Requirements:
Degree in Architectural, Engineering, Construction, Science, Design for Manufacturing or related discipline with 2 years BIM experience; OR
Higher Diploma in Architectural Studies, Engineering, Construction, Science, Design for Manufacturing or related discipline with 3 years BIM experience;
Ability to generate construction CSD & ISD drawing from Revit BIM model is preferred;
Good knowledge of Revit and Navisworks;
Knowledge of other softwares; (Dynamo, Synchro, Fuzor, Lumion 3D, Sketchup, Photoshop, After effect etc is preferred.)
CCBC/MHKIBIM preferable;
Candidate with less BIM experience / Fresh graduate will be considered in Assistant BIM Engineer.
