Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate with office teams and shops to ensure smooth daily operations

• Follow up store operation issues and optimizing operation workflows

• Prepare sales analysis and KPIs report to provide an overview of the business. 

• Provide administrative support to Sales and Operations Team

• Coordinate with internal parties and ensure efficient stock and inventory management, replenishment and delivery arrangements

• Assist in new store opening, store maintenance and renovation projects

• Assist in sourcing new vendors for hardware supply

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail industry

• Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English 

• A good team player with strong sense of responsibility, proactive, well organized

• Able to manage mutli-tasks independently and timely

• Excellent skills in interpersonal, communication analytical

• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint and able to handle in-house systems

• Immediate available preferred
