Responsibilities

• Manage Hong Kong and Macau stores, oversee day-to-day retail operations and monitor sales performance of the retail stores to maximize sales opportunities and manpower efficiency

• Lead and coach the teams to achieve sales target and deliver excellent service

• Maintain high standard of customer service and brand image

• Ensure the optimal stock level and advise buying team of any suggestion necessary to increase sales

• Plan and implement sales strategies to drive sales and achieve KPIs & CRM goals

• Ensure optimum allocation of resources and operation efficiency

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• At least 5 years of retail experience in retail industry management experience

• Knowledge of apparel industry is an advantage

• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

• Strong leadership, charismatic and energetic

• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
