Handle daily leasing enquiry, complaints and all tenancy matters
Handle new lettings and renewal proposal, liaise and negotiate with agents / potential clients and tenants
Conduct market research, data analysis, report compilation, asset enhancement to increase asset value.
Liaise with internal departments to manage offer to lease, leasing proposals, license agreements and other tenants matter
Assist in ad-hoc duties and projects as required
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, Real Estate, Property Management or related disciplines is preferred
Experience in property management or leasing from shopping mall, residential, commercial space
3 years of proven experience in a leasing position (Retail or Residential)
Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
