To manage the administration for the daily operation of New Territories North Tree Team, development projects in New Territories North Region;
Assist in administration duties related to The Northern Metropolis;
To check and update tree inventory for the tree compensatory proposal;
To assist in managing information through the Integrated Call Centre System and inputting replies to enquiries through the Management Information System, etc;
To file and maintain all incoming and outgoing documents and records;
To perform general administration and management work such as resource management systems and records management, project planning, collection and analysis of statistical information, compilation of reports, handling public enquiries, collating return, etc.;
To assist in office operation including drafting and preparation of minutes and briefs, co-ordinating logistics for the smooth running of meetings and events, liaising with the government departments and other parties;
To assist ACO(T)NTN in the operation of tree teams;
Outdoor work will be required to deliver document;
To perform other duties as assigned by seniors
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent;
Good command of both Chinese and English. Possesses 'Level 5' or above in Chinese Language of the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE); or Grade 'C' or above in Chinese Language and Culture or Chinese Language and Literature of the Hong Kong Advanced Level Examination (HKALE) are accepted as equivalent to 'Level 2' in the UC paper of the CRE. 'Level 5' or above in English Language of the HKDSEE; or Grade 'C' or above in Use of English of the HKALE; or Grade C or above in English Language of the General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level), are accepted as equivalent to 'Level 2' in the UE paper of the CRE;
With not less than 5 years working experience; and has at least 2 years of work experience in field of horticultural industry and handling complaint;
Have good knowledge in computer applications in information management such as MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint, or any other software.; and
Have good inter-personal, communication and analytical skills; be responsible and self-motivated;
Preference may be given to candidates who have working experience in administration or government/public organisations.
Candidates will be required to pass a trade test, including the use of Google map and Geospatial Information Hub (GIH) developed by LandsD (Public Access), etc.
