Responsibilities
Perform receptionist duties including handling incoming calls, greeting guests and arranging courier documents
Responsible for general office administrative duties, including office admin work, procurement and maintenance of office equipment and supplies
Participate in any other ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
Prior experienc in receptionist / administrative supports is required
Polite, stable, proactive, punctual with strong sense of responsibility
Good command in spoken and written Chinese, English and Putonghua
With PC Knowledge in MS Word & Excel is an advantage
Immediate available is highly preferred
