Assist in preparing and maintaining menu cleanliness, as well as handling related photocopying tasks.
Support the restaurant manager in managing member records and completing other administrative duties.
Maintain a professional appearance and provide high-quality customer service with a smile at all times.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in F&B, clubhouse, or hotel industries.
Skills: Good communication skills in both Chinese and English; familiarity with reservation systems is a plus.
Personal Traits: Professional, detail-oriented, and customer service-oriented.
